Saugeen Dental is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our modern, community-focused practice in Hanover. About the Practice
Saugeen Dental is a modern, stand-alone clinic located on 10th Street in Hanover with ample free parking and strong visibility in the community. The practice serves over 5,200 active patients and continues to grow at a steady rate of approximately 30 new patients per month.
You’ll work in a well-equipped clinic with 6 operatories, including a dedicated chair for the Associate Dentist, and 3–4 hygiene chairs running daily. The office is fully staffed with experienced CDAs, a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, and Steri Tech/Floater support, allowing you to focus on patient care without disruption.
The clinic is equipped with advanced technology including Cleardent, intraoral scanning, Pan/Ceph, CEREC, a 3D printer, and Videa Health, providing a modern and efficient clinical environment.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a confident General Dentist with strong clinical fundamentals who values quality care and teamwork. Whether you are early in your career or a seasoned provider, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, wants a consistent schedule, and is eager to grow clinically. Invisalign certification and interest in advanced procedures such as endodontics, extractions, and restorative dentistry are considered assets.
Your Clinical Scope
You’ll enjoy a wide range of cases and the opportunity to grow your skillset with mentorship available in Invisalign, endodontics, surgery, and restorative dentistry. The practice supports comprehensive care including:
Bread-and-butter dentistry,
Basic and advanced endodontics,
Basic oral surgery (third molars are a plus),
Crown and bridge,
Invisalign.
You’ll have full clinical autonomy, with support when you want it and independence when you’re ready.

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
